Surgical correction of hooded upper lids — by an ophthalmologist, not a generalist.
The skin and orbicularis are marked with you sitting upright, in the same light you'll see yourself in afterwards. The incision sits inside the natural lid fold. Local anaesthesia, optional light sedation. The closure is fine and patient — eyelid skin remembers every shortcut.
Visible bruising and swelling are most evident on days two and three. Sutures are removed at day seven. Most patients are comfortable in public by day ten — the post-operative exosome protocol shortens the visible window. Full settling of the fold takes two to three months. Sleep on your back, head elevated, for the first five nights.
Arrive at Kızılay Altıntepe Medical Center. Photographs and re-marking with the surgeon. The procedure takes 60 to 90 minutes. You leave the same day with cold packs and written instructions. The surgeon answers your WhatsApp through the recovery — not a coordinator paraphrasing.
Some lids are not the right candidate for surgery alone — a heavy brow or thyroid history may change the plan. We will tell you so before you book.

Your first message reaches a coordinator who speaks your language. Every clinical question is taken to Op. Dr. Alper Aras and returned to you in his words.
