Procedure 05 · Kızılay Altıntepe Medical Center

Periorbital aesthetics.

Conservative correction around the orbit — by a surgeon trained in eye anatomy, not a generalist injector.

Duration30–45 min
SettingIn-office
Recovery1–2 days
What it addresses
The technique

Small doses, anatomical placement.

Botulinum toxin is mapped to your active muscles, not a template. Tear-trough filler uses hyaluronic acid placed on the bone, deep to the orbicularis — not in the superficial fat where lumps and Tyndall happen. The needle stays away from the angular vessels every single time, because the surgeon has dissected them in real eyelids.

Recovery

One to two days, sometimes none.

Botulinum: pinpoint redness for an hour, full effect by day 7 to 14. Filler: mild swelling for 24 to 48 hours, with bruising possible at one or two injection points. No exercise the day of treatment; no facials or saunas for a week.

What to expect

Thirty to forty-five minutes, in-office.

Topical numbing for the tear-trough. Photographs before and after. You walk out the same hour with written aftercare and a follow-up scheduled at two weeks to check the result. We undertreat on purpose — adding more later is easy; reversing a heavy hand is not.

Honest caveats

We don't stack lip filler, cheek volume, and chin contouring in one sitting. Periorbital work alone — the rest belongs to a different specialist.
